§ 2 WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

We only process the data provided by you. The range of data you shall provide depends on your user status.

As a User, in order to register in the Sapiency App you shall provide the following data:

I order to become an Issuer you shall undergo the KYC/AML procedure which require the following data:

We may also ask you to send a scan of your ID card to verify this data.

You may also consent to the processing of the abovementioned data for marketing, statistical and research purposes.

§ 3 PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

3.1

The main purpose of our processing of your e-mail address, phone number and full name is the proper performance of the token sales contract. You wouldn’t be able to use the App if you had not provided us with this information.

3.2

If you agree, your full name, e-mail address and phone number provided by you will also be used for marketing purposes. We will send you messages with information on promotions, events, contests and bonuses. If you provided additional data, we will be able to send you offers and messages tailored to your preferences. That way, you will receive information that matches your interests and preferences.

3.3

In order to constantly improve our platform we process the data you provided us with for statistical and research purposes.

3.4

Your data enables you to use the social features of our platform such as the communication between specific users. You decide whether you want to provide this data. You can select who can view your data in the privacy settings.

§ 4 GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

4.1

The data you provided will be processed for the purposes of performing the contract that we conclude with you and discharging the duties under the generally applicable legal provisions.

4.2

Data that you voluntarily provide for marketing purposes is processed on the basis of your consent that you may withdraw at any time.

4.3

Data is also used for statistical and research purposes. The basis for such processing is our legitimate interest. We need to know what happens on our platform and we strive to continuously improve it.

§ 5 WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA?

5.1

Sapiency App uses the services of third-party suppliers who may receive your data. These entities may be processors or independent controllers of your personal data. A list of these entities is provided below:

§ 6 YOUR RIGHTS

6.1

you have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing for marketing purposes at any time. It will not have any negative consequences for your use of our services or the performance of the token sales contract. As a result, we will stop sending you our marketing messages. Naturally, withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing done on the basis of your consent up to this point. If you want to withdraw your consent, edit your data in your profile or contact us;

you have the right to request access to your personal data;

you have the right to rectify or remove your personal data, if data processing is not required under generally applicable laws;

6.4

you have the right to object to data processing and request the restriction of processing to the extent that such data is processed on the basis of your consent;

you have the right to request transfer of your data to another controller;

you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your data is processed in violation of the law.

§ 7 HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?

7.1

Your data will be processed for as long as you are with us. When you delete your account that is used for purchasing tokens, your data will be stored only for the period of limitations for claims (i.e. six years from the date of deleting your account).
